During the course of 2012, Connor Kjersteen and Joel Pearson worked hand in hand to produce an intricate acoustic duet called When We’re Lost. This was a one time project that flourished from previous musical aspirations together in Midnight Truth and The New Truth.

Their album features delicate ballads such as Broken Branches and Fallen leaves with Joel Pearson’s slide guitar technique and Connor’s soulful storytelling, all the way to their theme song written during a mission to Guatemala, Arms Of The Angels.

They released the album, as Luminé, together, with credit to Chris at SparkleToesStudios, at Central United Church, where an audience of about 100 close friends and family watched. This was the night before flying off to Guatemala for a second time on a music oriented mission, led by Denis Grady, to perform their music in churches and halls in front of the community and poor villages with a team of seasoned folk-country artists, guys that the U.S. and worked with Rev. Billy Graham.
